90当教育的晨光穿透知识的迷雾，当育人的使命在课堂中熠熠生辉，一场关于德育与实践交融的探索正在悄然上演。本次竞技课上，国际部浦西校区的班主任们各展所长，将 “以心育德 知行统一 一体成长” 的理念深深融入每一堂课。
担任小学国际部浦西校区班主任竞技课评委的是：党委书记盛况老师、小学部德育主任郭海燕老师及中学部团委书记徐心涵老师。
有的老师以校园生活中的真实案例为切入点，通过情景模拟，引导学生在角色扮演中感悟道德的力量；有的借助多媒体资源，播放感人至深的德育短片，引发学生的情感共鸣，让德育不再是空洞的说教，而是浸润心灵的春雨。
每一堂课都是一次思想的碰撞，每一次交流都是一份经验的积累。这场竞技课，不仅展现了班主任们扎实的教学功底与创新的教育思维，更让我们看到了德育工作的无限可能。
这次竞技课的特色亮点是将对班级的常规评比加入竞技课比赛中，作为竞技课后续的延伸环节真正落实“知行合一”，将引导学生努力做到道德认知和道德实践相统一的德育目标落到了实处。
教育是一棵树摇动另一棵树，一朵云推动另一朵云。此次班主任竞技课虽已落下帷幕，但它所传递的教育理念与育人精神，将如星火燎原，照亮我们前行的道路。未来，我们期待更多教育者携手同行，以心育德，让德育之花绽放在每一个角落；知行合一，让教育实践结出累累硕果；师生一体成长，共同书写属于教育的美好篇章！
When the morning light of education penetrates the fog of knowledge, and the mission of educating people shines brightly in the classroom, an exploration of the integration of moral education and practice is quietly unfolding. In this teaching competition, the class teachers of SESID Puxi Campus each demonstrated their strengths, deeply integrating the concept of "cultivating virtue with heart, unifying knowledge and action, and growing as a whole" into every class.
The judges for the class teacher teaching competition in the Puxi Campus are: Teacher Sheng Kuang, the Party Secretary; Teacher Guo Haiyan, the Director of Moral Education in the Primary School Department; and Teacher Xu Xinhang, the Secretary of the Youth League Committee in the Middle School Department.
Some teachers took real-life cases in campus life as the starting point. Through scenario simulations, they guided students to understand the power of morality during role-playing. Others used multimedia resources, playing deeply touching short films on moral education to arouse students' emotional resonance, making moral education no longer empty preaching but the spring rain that moistens the soul.
Each class is a collision of ideas, and every exchange is an accumulation of experience. This teaching competition not only showcases the solid teaching skills and innovative educational thinking of the class teachers but also allows us to see the infinite possibilities of moral education work.
The distinctive highlight of this teaching competition is the inclusion of the regular class evaluation in the competition. As a follow-up to the teaching competition, it effectively implements the principle of "integrating knowledge and action" and realizes the moral education goal of guiding students to strive for the unity of moral cognition and moral practice.
Education is a tree shaking another tree, and a cloud pushing another cloud. Although this class teacher teaching competition has come to an end, the educational concepts and the spirit of educating people it conveys will spread like wildfire, lighting up our way forward. In the future, we look forward to more educators walking hand in hand, cultivating virtue with heart, so that the flowers of moral education can bloom in every corner; integrating knowledge and action to make educational practice bear rich fruits; and enabling teachers and students to grow as a whole, jointly writing a beautiful chapter of education!
