1295月25日， 2025上海市少儿体育联赛腰旗橄榄球邀请赛在闵行区落下帷幕。上海实验学校国际部腰旗橄榄球校队凭借出色的表现，最终取得8U组包揽冠、季军，10U组获季军的优异成绩。
PART 01 关于腰旗橄榄球校队 About the flag football team
随着2028年进入奥运会，腰旗橄榄球（American Flag Football）作为一项零冲撞、大户外、脑力与体力并重的团体运动，正在广大青少年中越来越盛行。
我校自今年3月起正式组建腰旗橄榄球校队，来自一至四年级的28名队员以极高的热情投入训练。过程中有汗水，也有收获。他们首次在大型赛事上亮相，便跻身NFL FLAG（美国国家橄榄球联盟腰旗橄榄球项目）青少年比赛上海赛区U10组八强、U8组四强。
而今天，我校腰旗橄榄球队迎来了第一个冠军奖杯！
PART 02 征战上海市少儿体育联赛 Compete in the Shanghai Children's Sports League
5月25日，我校腰旗橄榄球校队以8U组别两支、10U组别一支共三支队伍的阵容，出征闵行区征梦者足球公园，即将代表上实国际迎战多支来自上海市各区的体育俱乐部队、多小学联队。
首先，8U组A队迎战首场比赛，以相对明显的优势取得胜利；.
赛场另一侧，8U组B队惜败一局。调整状态之后，他们也逐渐发挥出实力，连续多次达阵，最终获得季军。
正当学弟学妹们渐入佳境之时，10U组别却遇困难重重：三名主力队员遇不可抗力，因故无法上场比赛。来自一、二年级的三名小将临危受命替补上场，与哥哥姐姐们一起迎难而上。10U组全体队员团结一致，扛住了平均年龄远超自己的高年级选手的冲击，最终获得季军。
比赛接近尾声，8U组别A队迎来了冠亚军争夺赛。
面对强劲对手的全力进攻，队员们一度艰难应战，此时已接近正午时分，骄阳似火，离全场比赛结束不足半分钟，还有足足7分的差距，眼看着夺冠希望渐行渐远。
然而，这群平均年龄还不到8岁的孩子并未被眼前的劣势吓退，他们继续摩拳擦掌准备最后一次进攻机会。
随着哨声吹响，比赛进入最后24秒倒计时。外接手在其他队友的掩护下穿越对手的层层防守，一档跑穿成功达阵，拿到6分！
紧接着，队员们毫不犹豫选择了难度更大的2分附加分机会，背水一战。这一次，随着橄榄球在空中划出一道优美的弧线，在场家长都屏住了呼吸……
外接手再一次带球突破防守进入达阵区，场上瞬间沸腾，我们赢了！
PART 03 队员感言 Team members' feelings
来自四年级3班的侯康锐和三年级1班的侯康森两兄弟这样说：
“这次能和队友们一起拿下腰旗橄榄球季军，我们超开心！虽然摔过跤、流过汗，但大家互相打气，学会了团结和坚持。拿到奖牌时，我们突然发现——原来输赢不是最重要的，和伙伴们一起拼尽全力才是最酷的！”
来自二年级3班的张濯这样说：
“这个奖牌不光是这次比赛的结果，它也是下一个奖牌的开始。”
平日深耕不辍的汗水，终于凝结成竞技舞台上璀璨的桂冠。我们诚挚邀请更多爱运动、爱阳光的孩子加入，共同体验与伙伴、与团队共同成长的喜悦！
On May 25th, 2025, the Shanghai Children's Sports League Flag Football Invitational Tournament came to an end in Minhang District. The flag football team from the International Division of Shanghai Experimental School, with their outstanding performance, finally won both the championship and third place in the 8U group, and took the third place in the 10U group.
As it enters the Olympic Games in 2028, American Flag Football, a team sport featuring zero collisions, large outdoor spaces, and a balance of mental and physical efforts, is becoming increasingly popular among teenagers.
Since March this year, our school has officially established a flag football school team. 28 players from grades one to four have been training with great enthusiasm. There have been sweats and gains during the process. In their first appearance in a major event, they managed to rank among the top eight in the U10 group and the top four in the U8 group of the Shanghai division of the NFL FLAG (National Football League Flag Football Program) youth competition.
Today, our school's flag football team has won its first championship trophy!
On May 25th, the flag football team of our school, consisting of two teams in the 8U group and one team in the 10U group, a total of three teams, set off for the Dream Chaser Football Park in Minhang District. They are about to represent Shanghai Experimental School International Division to face off against multiple sports club teams and combined teams from various primary schools in different districts of Shanghai.
First, Team A of the 8U group faced the first game and won with a relatively clear advantage.
On the other side of the field, Team B in the 8U group narrowly lost a game. After adjusting their state, they gradually demonstrated their strength, scored touchdowns several times in a row, and finally won the third place.
Just as the younger schoolmates were getting into the swing of things, the 10U group encountered numerous difficulties: three main players were unable to play due to force majeure. Three young players from the first and second grades were entrusted with the mission in times of crisis and stepped onto the field as substitutes, facing difficulties head-on together with their elder brothers and sisters. All the players in the 10U group united as one, withstood the impact from senior players whose average age was much higher than theirs, and finally won the third place.
The competition is coming to an end, and Team A in the 8U group has entered the championship and runner-up final.
Facing the full - force attack of a strong opponent, the team members had a tough time responding. By this time, it was almost noon, and the sun was blazing. With less than half a minute left in the whole game and a gap of a full 7 points, the hope of winning the championship seemed to be fading away.
However, these children with an average age of less than 8 years old were not intimidated by the current disadvantage. They continued to roll up their sleeves, ready for the last attacking opportunity.
As the whistle blew, the game entered the final 24 - second countdown. The wide receiver, shielded by his teammates, broke through the opponents' layers of defense. He made a successful first - down run and scored a touchdown, earning 6 points!
Immediately afterwards, without hesitation, the team members chose the more difficult 2-point bonus opportunity and fought with their backs to the wall. This time, as the rugby ball traced a beautiful arc in the air, all the parents on the scene held their breath...
The wide receiver once again broke through the defense with the ball and entered the touchdown zone. The field erupted in an instant. We won!
Ian Hou from Class 3, Grade 4 and his brother Sean Hou from Class 1, Grade 3 said:
"We're extremely happy to win the third place in flag football with our teammates this time! Although we've fallen and sweated, we cheered each other on and learned about unity and perseverance. When we got the medals, we suddenly realized that winning or losing isn't the most important thing. Giving it our all with our partners is the coolest thing!"
Luc Zhang from Class 3, Grade 2 said:
"This medal is not only the result of this competition, but also the beginning of the next one."
The sweat of continuous hard work on ordinary days has finally condensed into a dazzling laurel on the competitive stage. We sincerely invite more children who love sports and sunshine to join us and jointly experience the joy of growing together with friends and the team!
