490点燃体育热情 畅享运动欢乐
3月14日下午，上海市实验学校国际部多功能厅化作一片沸腾的欢乐海洋，同学们迎来了期待已久的体育节开幕活动，以 “热力逐光·少年如风” 为主题，一场充满活力与激情的体育盛宴就此拉开帷幕。
开幕式：阳光与汗水共舞，运动与成长同行
开幕式在热烈的氛围中开始。傅筠主任发表了鼓舞人心的讲话，以铿锵之声点燃全场热情，鼓励大家在体育节中积极参与、挑战自我。紧接着，上届体育嘉年华冠军班级五（3）班将奖杯归还学校，闪耀的奖杯承载着过往体育比赛的荣耀，也激励着同学们在本届体育节中创造新的辉煌。
朱世杰老师为体育节进行预热，介绍了接下来的一个半月各项比赛，一场融合竞技、趣味与团队精神的运动盛宴就此拉开帷幕。
从激烈的个人赛到趣味十足的团体项目，丰富多样的活动设置让同学们对即将到来的体育节充满了憧憬。
今年，上实体育节有了自己的主题歌《追风少年》。这首充满活力的歌曲，节奏明快，旋律动听，在体育节开幕活动上正式发布。这首歌以中学国际部的王誉龙同学为核心创作人，特邀国际部孙舟驿老师等师生共同创作录制完成，传递着积极向上的体育精神。他的妹妹国际部四（1）班的王文茜上台介绍了哥哥的创作历程，分享了节歌创作背后的故事，以及歌曲所蕴含的对体育的热爱与追求。当节歌在会场响起，全场同学都不由自主地跟着节奏轻轻哼唱，开幕式的氛围达到了高潮。现在这首歌已在全球多个音乐平台同步上线。
体育游园：九大主题挑战区，解锁多维运动体验
开幕式结束后，令人兴奋的体育游园活动正式开始。校园化身为巨型“运动游乐场”，整个校园瞬间变成了欢乐的海洋，一个个精心设计的体育游戏摊位前，闪动着老师们和家长志愿者们进行游戏指导和管理的忙碌身影，更排满了跃跃欲试的同学们。
精心设计九大闯关项目，分龄分段挑战升级：
- 低年级趣味活动：桌球推袋赛、“筷子运球”、“揪尾巴”，用游戏叩响运动之门；
- 高年级技能进阶：旱地冰球精准射门、双桶接球挑战、飞镖，以技巧锤炼意志；
- 全员协作狂欢：室内保龄球、拍球捡沙包、投球进框……笑声与呐喊交织，团队协作中见证成长力量。
“集章闯关”机制激发无限动力——每完成一项挑战，即可收获专属印章，班级总积分将角逐“热风冠军班”荣誉！孩子们穿梭于教学楼、多功能厅、录播教室等主题区域，用脚步丈量运动的快乐维度……桌球房里，同学们身姿沉稳，精准击球，展现出超凡的专注力与技巧；揪尾巴游戏中，大家你追我赶，欢笑声不绝于耳，灵活躲避对手 “攻击” 的同时试图揪下对方尾巴；乒乓球夹球考验着同学们的手眼协调能力，大家小心翼翼地将球夹到指定区域；室内保龄球区域，同学们精准发力，将保龄球推向目标，瓶柱应声倒下；旱地冰球赛场，同学们手持球杆，积极拼抢，展现出十足的运动活力；飞镖游戏中，同学们屏气敛息，瞄准靶心投出飞镖……丰富多样的游戏让同学们沉浸其中，尽情享受体育带来的欢乐。
未来可期——体育节的精彩将持续升温
热闹又充满趣味的体育节开幕活动拉满了全校师生和家长对后续体育节活动的期待值！但开幕活动也仅是序章，相信在接下来的一个半月体育节期间，“个人赛”、“年级单项赛”、“班级集体项目”、“体育文化展”将轮番登场，同学们肯定会铆足干劲儿，在各项体育活动中大胆秀出自己，收获满满的成长！让我们期待少年们——在场上诠释默契，在接力赛中传递信任，用每一次奔跑与跳跃，书写“攀登”的实验精神！

On the afternoon of March 14, students finally welcomed the long - awaited opening ceremony of the Sports Festival.
The opening ceremony started in a warm atmosphere. Director Fu Yun delivered an inspiring speech, encouraging everyone to participate and challenge themselves during the Sports Festival actively. Later, Class 5(3), the champion class of the last Sports Carnival, returned the trophy to the school. The shining trophy, carrying the glory of past sports competitions, also motivated students to create new glories in this Sports Festival.
Teacher Zhu Shijie warmed up for the Sports Festival, introducing a series of upcoming exciting events in detail. From individual competitions to group projects, the diverse activities made students look forward to the coming Sports Festival.
This year, the Sports Festival of Shanghai Experimental School has its own theme song. Composed by Wang Yulong from the Secondary School International Division and Teacher Sun Zhouyi, this energetic song has a fast-paced and catchy melody, conveying a positive sports spirit. Wang Wenqian from Class 4(1) introduced the song on stage, sharing the story behind its creation and the love and pursuit of sports it contains. When the song played, all students hummed along, pushing the atmosphere of the opening ceremony to a climax.
After the opening ceremony, the exciting sports carnival began. The whole campus instantly turned into a sea of joy. At each sports game booth, teachers and parent volunteers were busy guiding and managing, while eager students lined up.
In the billiard room, students showed extraordinary concentration and skills with steady postures and accurate shots. In the “Tail-pulling” game, everyone chased each other, filled with laughter, flexibly avoiding opponents' “attacks” while trying to pull off the opponents' tails. The table tennis bal-clamping game tested students' hand-eye coordination as they carefully moved the balls to the designated area. In the indoor bowling area, students exerted precise force, knocking down the pins. On the floor hockey field, students held sticks and actively scrambled, showing great sports vitality. In the dart game, students held their breath and aimed at the bull's-eye before throwing darts... The diverse games immersed students in the joy of sports.
The lively and interesting opening activities of the Sports Festival have heightened the expectations of all teachers, students, and parents for the following events. It is believed that during the Sports Festival, students will go all out, show themselves bravely in various sports activities, and gain a lot of growth.
