9926带着希望与憧憬，带着向往与祝福，2022年8月31日，静默已久的校园渐渐恢复了往日的欢声笑语。老师们为这次新生培训做了充分的准备工作：打扫教室、分发新书、防疫物资安排、小礼物准备等等，处处体现了老师们的用心与细心，同时也确保了每一个环节的安全与有序。
迎着微风，在父母的陪伴下，SESID一年级的早早来小朋友们来到了校园。踏着激动又轻快的步伐，虽然带着口罩但仍能看到孩子们明亮的眼睛里充满了对学校的好奇，对小学生活的期待。看，一年级的小朋友们来啦！

【安全防疫篇】
疫情尚未结束，上实从未松懈。无论是入校前班主任老师的双码核验，还是校园的细致消毒，又或是校园内的核酸检测，都在为全体一年级的小朋友安全返校保驾护航。一年级的小朋友们认真倾听指令，遵守防疫要求。小朋友们在老师们的带领下，以班级为单位，快速准确的进行核酸检测。（核酸检测图）
The epidemic has not yet ended, and we have never slackened. All the teachers and staffs prepared well to ensure that the students can come to school safely. The first graders listened carefully to the instructions and followed the epidemic prevention requirements. The children quickly and accurately carried out their first PCR test in class.
【行为规范篇】
走进教室，一年级的小朋友们目视前方，双脚放平，认真端坐，竖起小耳朵听清楚老师讲的每一句话。体育课上，小朋友们动作迅速，队伍整齐；卫生课上，小朋友们学会了眼保健操，了解个人卫生常识，懂得了防疫安全包的使用；音乐课上，小朋友们学习了上海市实验学校校歌；常规课上，小朋友们学会了正确摆放书包、水杯、听课要求、课件休息常规、午餐常规等，同时小朋友还在班主任老师的带领下进行了入学式的准备与排练。

经过了一上午的常规培训，在小朋友们的无比期待中，午餐时间到啦～小朋友们纷纷通过“光盘”表示出对“校园第一餐”的喜爱。

【自我展示篇】
除此之外，此次新生培训特别设置了《小小表演会》和《小小作品展》环节，表演会上，孩子们各显身手：绕口令、小提琴、花式篮球、唱歌、背诵古诗等等；书画作品展中，小朋友们纷纷带来了自己满意的绘画或手工作品。
受疫情关系的影响，这一次的新生培训虽然只有一天的时间，但孩子们依据收获满满，兴致盎然。新生培训是小朋友们踏入人生新阶段的第一步，也是一个崭新的起点。祝福所有的小朋友们笑死上实国际部这个知识的乐园中乘风破浪，快乐成长。
