2806 On this Tuesday, the students from Grade 1 and Grade 2 had an English
activity about the EXPO, which theme was ‘Happy English, Wonderful
EXPO’. The first graders showed their ability by the song (Better city
Better life) and the rhyme (Baby Haibao). Later, the second graders had
an EXPO competition named ‘Game Show Presenter’, which was cooperated
with the first graders. In the end, they won the game through the
hardworking efforts and cooperation between Class 1 Grade 1 and Class 1
Grade 2.
Just like the lower-graders, students from higher grades continued the
‘Happy English, Wonderful EXPO’ activity. The third graders performed a
drama ‘To be a citizen’. We were deeply impressed with the performance by
the fourth graders who designed some helpful EXPO routes for visitors.
Meanwhile, the fifth graders gave us a speech about the theme of the EXPO
‘Better City, Better Life’.
Our kids definitely had a good time together. They not only knew much
more about the EXPO, but also presented their various abilities. We hope
our children can perform better in the next activity.
